Since '06 over 250 athletes have drastically improved their
performance while reducing their chance of injury while
training under our direction.  Athletes from nearly every sport
have taken part in our group workouts and have seen
firsthand what they can accomplish through hard work,
dedication, and commitment.  As a certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist, I have put in hundreds of thousands
of hours in school, internships, continuing education and
work in order to find the fastest and most effective methods for
producing results.  Let our system take the guesswork out of

I strongly encourage anyone interested in training to stop by
and watch the sessions first hand.  I feel strongly that the best
indicator of a program's strength is the results the
athletes/particpants get out of it and also what they have to

What can strength do for you?

I will be posting some videos of my sprint
times and jumping ability shortly.  By no
means was I necessarily gifted in either of
these categories.  However, after
dedicating myself to getting stronger I can
clear 40" off a running start and put up
some very impressive short sprint times.  In
the mean time here is what has been the
secret to my success......Heavy, explosive
weight training!
